Inspirational Post-Float Thoughts...

Good morning fellow floating enthusiasts!

We are officially starting this new blog for our clients of Blue Lotus Floatation Center, http://www.bluelotusfloat.com/ and for the planet because part of our mission is "to be the peace that we want to see in the world". Floating in sensory deprivation tanks provides everyone an opportunity to return to their own inner peace and power. Over the years we have been blessed with extraordinary people coming through our doors. An extraordinary journal has been filled with their thoughts, awarenesses, and experiences of their floats. We are inspired to continue to offer floating in this world by the generosity of their words. So, we thought that we would give everyone an opportunity to share your thoughts and amazing words with the world! Inspire the world with your post-floating thoughts!

As part of this blog, we will share our experiences as well after we float. One experiment that we are going to try is to record our thoughts while we float with a microphone attached to a laptop--we'll let you know how that goes, so, stay tuned...

11/27/07 2:09 p.m. "I (Rudi) floated from 11:15 to 12:30. Instantly, upon entering the tank I heard a message in my head/heart, 'Let me be the peace that I want to see on the planet". So, that was my mantra that I came back to each time that I became present in the tank. The beginning of my float was a very creative time as I became present to the intention of our wellness center, http://www.bluelotusfloat.com/ and the next "feel good*" steps for our business. Side note: this blog is one of the creative steps I was directed to take as I was present to the original mantra, 'let me be the peace that I want to see in the world'.

Then I was present to the chatter, chatter, chatter of my monkey mind. Okay, bring it back to the moment. Now I'm present to gratitude and all that there is to be grateful for, especially these tanks and being held in the warm, silky water that allows me to be present to my Source*, my inner peace and feeling so joyful. Then, I went to a place where there were no thoughts, no words, no pictures, and no more mind, whew...

Okay, back to the present moment--I am so excited about this blog and 'being the peace in the world that I want to see'. I know that one person can make a difference in the collective consciousness of thoughts that create our world. I can't wait to get back in the tank. For today, the float offered me a place of sanctuary, creativity, peace, stillness, and a sense of gratitude for being alive. Thank you for your listening.

We look forward to hearing your "Inspirational Post-Float Thoughts" and letting the world know that a floatation tank is an extraordinary place to return to your inner peace and knowing. Knowing that at this present moment, all is well.

Namaste',

Rudi
