My float yesterday was a divine experience and so creative. Next time I float I will put a microphone in the tank so I can record my thoughts and let them go for later... The float was certainly full of gratitude for so many things, including my 43 year-old body AND floatation tanks! My mantra for the time that I was in the tank was, "I am Source energy in a physical body." (These words come from the video, "The Secret Behind the Secret") I noticed during this tank a greater connection to my inner being and a warm & open heart. Have I said lately, I Love to Float!

Unbelievable...
Good morning,
It's quite a miracle that I am typing right now. I have had some major sciatic pain in the last few days (I think since the onset of shoveling this winter) and last night was the worst pain that I have ever experienced in my life--the biggest awareness was that I just couldn't get away from the pain. So, at 4:00 this morning I thought that my last resort was to get in the tank and I knew I would get relief. I got into the tank and I have to say that I was very aware of the pain in the tank and I thought to myself with salty tears coming down my cheeks, I can't even get away from the pain in the tank. I made myself stay in the tank for about 30 minutes--it was certainly a time of emotional release.
I got out of the tank and stood in the warm, comforting shower--guess what? I didn't have any pain and automatically felt relief and an abundance of gratitude. I was then able to get back to bed and sleep for another few hours. Oooooh, the healing power of floatation tanks...

Relief...
Good morning,
My last float was December 11 at about 6:15 p.m. This was after I was outside to shovel for about 3 hours. This was probably the longest float that I experienced; the float was about 2 hours and my body loved it! I experienced a lot of twitching as my sore muscles started to heal themselves. After the 2 hours in the tank, I came out a new woman and I felt so rejuvenated and energized. Again, I am so grateful for our tanks.
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.
Namaste,
Rudi

Surrender...
Good morning,
Since my last float, I have become more and more aware of the word, 'Surrender'. This is a definition that hangs on my bathroom mirror, "Surrender is perfectly compatible with taking action. But in the surrendered state a totally different energy...flows into your doing. Surrender reconnects you with the source-energy of Being, and if your doing is infused with Being, it becomes a joyful celebration of life energy that takes you more deeply into the Now."
Floating assists me in 'surrendering' throughout my days of doingness and brings me to the present moment of human beingness...

Bliss...
Stress Relief Beyond Belief! Since my last post nine days ago, I have been in the float tank seven times! You also must know that we have been dumped on with freezing rain, ice, and quite a bit of snow. Hence, I have been quite good friends with the shovel and salt bucket--floating has restored my body back to well being. Hey, it also helped this morning that I had a two-hour massage with Justin Polka after a 30-minute float, wow, I'm still feeling the effects of these powerful healing tools. I am so grateful that we have these float tanks in our lower level of our home.
"...it is quite simply the most incredible means of stress relief and relaxation available". Take a look at this animation video on this floating website from London--this place sees about 1200 people/month for floating--http://www.floatworks.com/index.php?q=about .
Happy Floating and much Peace,
Rudi
